We have just “taken delivery” of a property video, which is now on our website.
The apartment featured was on the market with another agent before we were instructed, but a sale did not materialise.
Now, I don’t know if the video is partly responsible, or if it’s our description, or our photographs (all of which the vendors seem to be absolutely delighted with), but what I do know is that there has been a very positive reaction and that the flat is one of our most-viewed properties of the week!
Having decided at the beginning of the year that we were going to make far more use of videos in our property marketing campaigns, this has proven to be a very encouraging start!
